How much does it cost?
Your initial comprehensive evaluation is $225. Ongoing support and medication management is $89 per month. Individual talk therapy sessions are available for $125 per session.
Do you take insurance?
Zizmor is a private-pay practice. This model allows our clinicians to prioritize high-fidelity, personalized care and total patient discretion without the clinical restrictions often mandated by insurance carriers.

Our Arcata suite serves as a regional hub for our mental health network. While we primarily utilize telehealth for your convenience, certain clinical evaluations may take place at our Arcata office to ensure the highest standard of safety and care.
